The Value Network Game is one in a portfolio of activities that includes Futures Wheels and many other strategy tools. Each game is a full-body, multi-hour simulation where participants explore different actors in their ecosystem, visualize business model feedback loops, and generate ample targets for in-person strategic conversation.

Every game pairs players in friendly team-on-team competition. Each team receives a cache of tokens to call in assistance from specially designed AI coaches. These aren't generic LLM responses. Our coaching personas are connected directly into the JediSignals and JediOracle engine, delivering strikingly refreshing and grounded feedback drawn from live signal data.
